Here is an item from Gaynor Williams who has no information about the photograph except the jottings on the back which indicate that it was taken in H. Nelson’s workshop, Wellington Road, Rhyl. The lower picture is a detail from the one at the top.The photo is undated. Palmer Tyres calendar on the workshop wall seems to say 1924 but it is not clear enough for certainty; the number plate DM 5227 is very clear and that may provide a better clue. Anyone wish to hazard a guess at the date or supply additional info?

THU 15th APR 2010 UPDATE: John Powell, having studied the calendar and number plate has arrived at the date 1928. That’ll do nicely.
