The canopy that has been over the front entrance to Rhyl Town Hall for a long time - since about October 2007 - is beginning to make more sense as part of a wider fencing and scaffolding job.Preparations are under way for repair work on building.
The town hall opened in 1876 with a long-gone market hall at the rear, and the cost of the entire development was £8,000. The bill for the repair work is likely to be considerably higher.
