In a changing Rhyl, it is reassuring to find something that still looks about the same – at least on the outside. The black-and-white picture above is a postcard of the Headlands Hotel, 73 West Parade, postmarked nineteen-sixty-something. The colour photo of the premises was taken last week by Yours Truly. Surprise surprise, the building has been converted into flats.--
