Recent acquisitions here at Jones Towers include these undated postcards. The one at the top looks to be from 1950s/early 1960s and shows the clock tower in its original position before it decided to go and stand on the roundabout.The one in the middle looks 1960s/early 1970s and - despite the creases - offers a fine view of the boating pool where now you would find Drift Park. (All right, don’t start – it's won awards!)
The trampolines picture is probably 1990s. If I read the scene correctly the trampolines would be near Water Street, on a part of the prom where previously there had been roller skating.
